Opening Day
Students from all across Pennsylvania come and join in the fun at PASC Gold 2012 Summer Workshop. Starting with registration and playing icebreakers with nerves of meeting new people all these students come together with a common goal to improve leadership skills throughout schools, programs and clubs. The students here have been divided up into color groups. Within these groups they will compete against other colors throughout the week showing great leadership skills. Once dinner and another color group meeting has been completed the students participated in a leadership carnival. Here the students were were split up into groups based on crazy hats that were worn by the leaders. Since they were thrown with many different challenges of hands on activities and mind games there was one main purpose to work as a team. The students then attended vespers where the color group leaders shared musical, poetry and many other talents. The last event for the evening was on the floor. Many people reflected on the day along with playing games and icebreakers. To cap off the night room checks were done and lights were out for another fun filled day to come.
